The food quality at the buffet was appalling, with cold dishes and cheap ingredients that didn't meet 5-star standards. It’s outrageous that the indoor pool was filthy. we had to request cleaning, which ruined our experience. the service staff displayed rudeness, particularly at the supposed sushi restaurant, where the staff laughed at our requests leaving us without a meal.

The noise at breakfast was horriffic, making it impossible to enjoy my meal, and the staff forgot my request for a cot, just disgraceful. Exceptional kids club experience
From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm welcome and attentive service stood out. Our kids absolutely adored the kids club, particularly the engaging activities with Marta.
The only drawback we encountered was the uncomfortable trundle beds for our children, which was a bit disappointing for longer stays.

After a long journey, the check-in music was blasting, making it tough to hear the receptionist. Plus, the cot for our daughter wasn't ready, and the fridge lagged without a bottle opener—but we kept the chill vibes alive.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food options are fantastic, with daily changing buffet selections. The kids club was a huge hit with our children!
